A*cute Preview: A Taste of Chocolate City and the Big Apple

by Jackie

Sherria and I often trade places to travel from our current cities to our hometowns during the weekends. She catches the Megabus south from New York to visit her family in Virginia, and I’m usually on the Boltbus headed from DC to NYC to see my loved ones. Every now and then, we manage to be in the same city and do some much-needed catching up. Get the latest from both of our worlds!

DC: Chocolate City Apparel

A*cute readers get a special sneak-peek of a new t-shirt line based in and on the  Washington, DC area.  Chocolate City Apparel — a brand started by three friends who wanted to “fuse language and art to visually express a celebration of DC-Maryland-Virginia pride, youth, and the urban culture” — is set to launch its DMV-themed designs Saturday, August 27. Visit http://www.chocolatecityapparel.com to make your advanced purchase.
